Leigh is a registered Occupational Therapist who has years of experience working in adult and adolescent mental health, maternal mental health and physical health settings.  She has a warm, person-centred, collaborative approach to working with young people, adults and families.

Her practice encompasses several evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Sensory Modulation.  As an Occupational Therapist her focus is on empowering individuals to participate in meaningful occupations and work through life’s challenges .

Leigh has a special interest in Sensory Processing Disorder, providing assessment and intervention strategies to enable children and adolescents to participate fully in their home, school and community.
